Submersible motor liquid is a specialized food grade cooling liquid that prevents rust, dissipates heat and lubricates moving parts inside water filled submersible motors.

Mahir Surface Protector (1:3) is a concentrated, anti-corrosive, food-grade, eco-friendly, and non-hazardous liquid designed to be diluted with water in a 1:3 ratio (1 Ltr. liquid to 3 Ltr. drinking water).

It is widely used for filling, water filled submersible, borewell, borehole, deepwell and openwell Motors to prevent rust, dissipate heat, provide extra lubrication to bearings, and form a protective synthetic polymer layer on inner metallic surfaces.

The primary difference lies in the dilution ratio and packaging sizes:

• Mahir Surface Protector (1:4): Mixed at a ratio of 1 Ltr. liquid to 4 Ltr. drinking water. It is available in 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1 Ltr. bottle packs.
• Mahir Surface Protector (1:9): A higher concentration formula mixed at a ratio of 1 Ltr. liquid to 9 Ltr. drinking water. It is available in a 100 ml pouch pack.

Mahir Surface Protector is a specialized liquid filled inside the submersible motor that maintains overall motor operating efficiency, helping reduce power consumption by up to 7%.

Donex Surface Protector (1:7) is a concentrated, water-based anti-corrosive liquid specially developed for pump-set manufacturers. It is used for temporary filling, testing, draining and reuse in submersible and open-well motors.

It is a water-based, non-oil anti-corrosive solution designed to form a protective film between moving parts. It effectively prevents rust and corrosion, while also eliminating choking and jamming issues during long-term storage, particularly at the dealer level.

Inhibited glycol is a long-life, Ethylene Glycol-based cooling fluid with corrosion inhibitors. It protects industrial water chillers closed-loop systems and copper evaporators from rust, scaling, and tube pinholes while delivering efficient heat transfer.

DM/RO water can be slightly acidic (pH 6.0–6.5), potentially causing corrosion in chilled-water systems.

MAHIR Surface Protector MCG 1:7 is a long-life, non-glycol concentrated synthetic polymer-based cooling liquid for industrial chillers, evaporators, moulds and compatible machinery. Its advanced corrosion inhibitors help improve heat transfer and protect metal surfaces against rust, corrosion and scaling.

Dilution Ratio: Mix 1 Ltr. of MCG 1:7 with 7 Ltr. of DM or RO water.

Operating Temperature Range: 6°C to 70°C.

Metallizer Machine Cooling Fluid is a specially formulated anti-corrosive coolant made from inhibited glycol for metallizer machine chillers, providing efficient cooling operating at –20°C to –25°C while protecting compatible metal components against corrosion and scaling.

Radiator coolant is a specially formulated liquid used in vehicle cooling systems to help control engine temperature and protect internal metal components against rust, corrosion, and scaling.

Radiator coolant helps maintain proper engine temperature, improves cooling-system performance, and protects the radiator and other internal components from rust and corrosion.

It depends on the coolant type. Ready-to-use coolant can be used directly, while concentrated coolant should be diluted with the recommended quality of water according to the product instructions.

Coolant replacement depends on the formulation, vehicle manufacturer's recommendations, and operating conditions. Always follow the recommended replacement interval.

Radiator coolant is available in different concentrations and formulations, such as 1:3, 1:9, and Ready-to-Use (RTU), to suit different vehicle cooling-system requirements.
