DM/RO water typically has a slightly acidic pH ranging from 6.00 to 6.50, which may initiate corrosion in the chilled-water system within seven days.
Gokulam Industries LLP offers long-life inhibited glycol-based cooling fluids designed to support efficient heat transfer and help protect all compatible metal components against corrosion and scaling in industrial water chillers and cooling systems, even at minus degree operating temp.
Available formulations include ethylene glycol-based industrial-grade coolant and food-grade propylene glycol coolant. Customized cooling solutions can be developed according to application requirements and the desired operating temperature. All grades contains corrosion inhibitors with advance polymers technology to improve its long life.
Our formulations are developed with reference to recognized industry standards, including ASTM D1384, for evaluating the corrosion performance of coolants in glassware testing. Product suitability depends on the specific cooling system and application requirements.

MAHIR Surface Protector MCG 1:7 is a long-life concentrated, synthetic polymer-based cooling liquid developed by Gokulam Industries LLP for all types of industrial water chillers, evaporators, moulds and compatible machinery. It contains corrosion inhibitors with advance polymers technology to extend the service life of the coolant.
It helps improve heat transfer and protect all compatible metal surfaces against rust, corrosion and scaling.
Operating Temperature Range: 6°C to 70°C
Mix 1 Ltr. of MCG 1:7 with 7 Ltr. of DM or RO water.
For closed-loop cooling systems only. Not suitable for open-loop systems such as cooling towers.
The difference inside your chiller
From tube to evaporator, our Mahir Surface Protector coolants help protect the metal surfaces your chiller.
Corrosion inhibitors help protect copper tube, evoperator and other metal components in the cooling loop.
MEG-based formulations help keep heat transfer efficient for consistent chiller cooling.
Choose a formulation for your required operating temperature, from 70°C down to –25°C.
