Important Note :
Once Mahir diluted liquid is ideally placed for more than 10 minutes, than it is advisable to stir/shake well before use for desired result.
Mahir Surface Protector (Submersible Pump Grade - 1:3)
Mahir Surface Protector 1:3 is used for Pump Set Filling for manufacturer only.
Mahir Submersible Grade 1:3 is used in Submersible motor and Open Well motor. Liquid is Concentrated and it is diluted in ratio of 1:3 before filling it in motor. It Cools the pump set.
Widely used in India, Asia, Africa, Gulf and South America where weather is mostly warm and hot.
It is available in various packs like 20L, 50L and 110L container
How to Use?
- Shake Well before Opening Pack
- Dilution Ratio: Mix 1 Litre of MAHIR Surface Protector with 3 Litres of drinking grade water like Dam/Reservoir water, River water, Rain water, Open well water, Government supply piped water.
- Before assembling pump set, fill this diluted Surface Protector in motor Body.
- Close all Plug/Screw properly to ensure no leakages
- Test run pump set for minimum 1 minute compulsorily. It will develop Synthetic Polymer Layer inside the motor. This layer protects inner surface against Rust/Corrosion.
- Test Motor after filling Mahir Surface Protector. Test AMP, RPM as per BIS standards. BY doing so, it will generate synthetic polymer layer inside. This layer protects inner surface against Rust/Corrosion. N ow separate the motor and pump. Don't empty the motor. In filled position send to storage.
- Perform Pressure test of 1kg/cm2. Start motor for 30 seconds while inserting pressure. It helps in identifying any leakages. If needed use Air Blower to test any leakages. (Note: Benefit of performing pressure test, is to overcome leakages during Transportation.)
- Now separate the motor and pump. Don't empty the motor. In filled position send it to storage/warehouse.
