Donex Surface Protector

DONEX Surface Protector - is used in Submersible/Openwell motor. It is used in operations like filling-testing-unfilling and Recycle (Reuse) Purpose only. This liquid is not for permanent Submersible / Openwell / Monoset motor filling Purpose. Our other product MAHIR Surface Protector - 1:3 is for permanent Submersible / Openwell / Monoset motor filling Purpose.

Advantages :

This Product DONEX Surface Protector is an Anti-Corrosive water based (non oil based ) Surface Protector. It creates thin film between moving parts and protect against corrosion. It helps in avoiding chocking up or jamming problem when pump set remains stocked up at various outlets of stockiest, distributors and dealers for longer duration.

Dilution with R.O. Water:

  1. For self priming pump testing: 1+7=8.
  2. For submersible/openwell motor filling-testing-unfilling: 1+5=6.

Direction :

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Take 1 Ltr. of DONEX Surface Protector - 1:7 from our drum and Mix 4 Ltr. of R.O. Water in tank. This diluted 5 Ltr. liquid then be filled in the motor of Submersible / Openwell / Monoset, up to full level.
  3. Start the motor for testing for minimum 1 minute. Now unfill the motor or pump and reuse this liquid.
  4. Don't allow air to be flown in the motor.
  5. Now rinse out or empty DONEX Surface Protector from motor / pump and then it is ready for packing.
  6. For self-priming pump / Megger Check, dilution ratio is 1 + 7 = 8.

Note: : If possible, keep 50ml to 100ml liquid in the motor.
